At long last, the CENSUS RETURNS FOR 1940 will be released in April. The Lower Columbia Genealogical Society has the honor of hosting a seminar about this release, featuring CAROL BUSWELL, Education Specialist with the National Archives (NARA) of Seattle, Washington.
